The Speed Trap
Most people are of course law abiding drivers, who don't exploit the speed limits and personally I think travelling at excess in a 30 limit is pure stupidity and shows a complete lack of speed awareness and disregard for safety, speed is the single thing most of us are absorbed by at the top end of the scale, but do we focus on keeping it down at the bottom rank.
If we are going to allow ourselves to power up at the top of the range, then there is no excuse for doing 36 in a 30. Where there are more people...
