About Vigga

Lets get one thing out of the way, Vigga is a child of the 70's. She passed her driving test first time, at the age of 21 when the theory test required not much else than to state the mechanically memorised braking distances in the highway code, and being asked if checking your tyres was a good thing. 

@bmwblondeuk acts as poster girl account for other girls of her generation, and hopefully a light at the end of the tunnel for those of us from any generation and any gender, who found walking in to a dealership to buy a car for the first time quite daunting, even though we had reached a stage in our careers which meant we deserved and could afford a fantastic car.

She is cheered on, but unpaid by anyone relating to BMW or by BMW themselves, or any other car manufacturer, supplier, detailer, modifier, garage or otherwise. But of course, its undoubtedly a fact, that they kind of must like her and she's followed by several dealerships, garages, and motor groups from all marks.

She sets herself apart in the world of automotive Instagramming, by being a girl in the first place, and owning quite a substantial car in the category. By being incognito, the feed focusses on her main hobby and passion, which is her car, allowing an outlet to discover what currently driving an X6 feels like on a daily basis when all the corporate catalogue pictures have disappeared into oblivion. 

2019 really marked the end of apologising for the hobby. Yes other friends do not appreciate the car world and have other hobbies, so finding a like minded crowd on Instagram was a revelation and so the followers started to grow, because she's spending a lot of time on it, feeding her passion. 

Vigga also hosts the private @bmwincrowd Instagram account for fellow UK and select other BMW social media influencers for updates that we are all working on together which might consist of embargoed information, picture sharing and collaboration, best practice, and potential business opportunities for all, with the aim of increasing our reach in our chosen market places.
